Miley Still Leads Sugarland In Race For No. 1

Miley Cyrus' "Breakout" and Sugarland's "Love on the Inside" continue their charge towards the No. 1 slot on next week's Billboard 200 tally. On Nielsen SoundScan's Building chart, released today (July 25), unweighted sales of "Breakout" through the close of business yesterday stood at 205,000, ahead of "Love on the Inside" with 189,000.

T.I.'s upcoming album, "Paper Trail," has changed release dates yet again. The Grand Hustle/Atlantic album was originally due in September, then moved to Aug. 12, then moved back to both Sept. 2 and Sept. 9. It will now arrive Sept. 30, according to the rapper's publicist.

Lil Wayne Sued For Stones Copyright Breach
