Original Music - New Songs
Acme Music Inc. Welcomes Stephen Williams of Great White
Dateline Las Vegas: I'm Brett W. Bertram, your humble web host, and I am very lucky to have Stephen Williams, formerly of Great White, collaborating with me on my songs. Stephen wrote a number of Great White's hits, several of which went platinum. "Save Your Love" I believe, went triple platinum. Stephen's terrific ear is present in the Steel Guitar and the new mix on "Waitin For the Mountain" version 2. We plan to bring some new features to 80s Rock Photos like downloadable original songs and karaoke style tunes designed for musician's to solo over, so stay tuned.

Bertram Digital Design aka Acme Music Inc.
Thanks for visiting my PODCAST. I began 80's Rock Photos with photographer David Plastik back in 2004, but before I became a web designer/developer I was a musician. I studied music composition and performance (trumpet) at Florida State University and toured the Florida Gulf Coast with a blues, rock, original band called Perfect Fifth in the early '90s. Perfect Fifth played a 50/50 mix of original songs and cover tunes to the fun loving, boisterous people who live and work along the Florida Gulf Coast.
Early Versions
Guest guitarist Eric Wicks handles the lead guitar on "Girl Nextdoor" and "Wasted." "Girl Nextdoor" was recorded on 8-track tape. On the original version of "Waitin for the Mountain" I am playing all the instruments, recording, mixing and mastering. On Theme Two and "Wasted" my brother Richard is playing the bass.
